Calendar Reminders For Tasks
Adding your calendar feed to your calendar tool
This feature is currently in beta testing and is not available for all accounts at this time. We will be rolling it out to more accounts as we work out all the bugs and make sure everything works perfectly. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Finding your calendar feed link
Your calendar feed link can be found on your Happy Grasshopper dashboard in the "Tasks" section. You can get your link by clicking on the Calendar Feed Integration link that you can see circled in the bottom right corner of the screenshot below.
Clicking on that link will bring open a pop up as seen in the screenshot below. This popup will contain your link and you can click on the "Copy To Clipboard" button to copy the link.
How to add your calendar feed to Google Calendar
- Launch Google Calendar
- Click the down arrow next to "Other Calendars" (on the left-hand side)
- Select "Add By URL"
- Paste the link copied from step 1 into the box
- Click "Add Calendar"
Note: Click the calendar you just added in order to toggle showing or hiding display it.
You may notice delays when syncing tasks to Google Calendar.
While tasks generally update every couple of hours, it may take up to 12 hours for tasks to appear when syncing from a URL. This is caused by how Google Calendar updates and is not something that is within our control.

How to add your calendar feed to an iPhone Calendar
Note: Often your calendar will show up on your iPhone automatically if you have added it to your Google Calendar or iCloud Calendar via your Mac's Calendar program. However, if that isn't the case for you or you want to explicitly subscribe to your Tasks from an iPhone, follow these steps:
- Copy the calendar feed link generated by clicking the calendar icon in the top right of the inbox page. Get that link onto your phone somehow (e.g. email or text it to yourself). On your phone, copy that link.
- Go to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Add Account
- Choose "Other" and then "Add Subscribed Calendar"
- Paste the previously-copied link and click Next.
- The default settings are fine so you can click "Save"
