Step 1:

There is no place to add a CC email address within the SmartZip backend. To do so, you will need to call SmartZip’s support line and they will add the tag email you provide. =)

PRO TIP: You can edit the tag email address to shorten it, making it easier to read off to SmartZip support! Ex: [email protected]
