Integration Setup - Homes.com

Below are instructions on how to set up your Homes.com leads to automatically be added to your Happy Grasshopper account. Once you do this you'll be able to automatically follow up with your Homes.com leads.

Step 1:

Create a tag in Happy Grasshopper by clicking Manage Tags and then Add New Tag. Name it Homes.com and set the audience to Leads.

Step 2:

Copy the email forwarder that is created.

Step 3:

Log in to your Homes.com account and select Update my Profile from the options. On the next screen, select My Account in the top right and click on Account Settings from the drop-down menu.

Step 4:

Click the Contact Info tab at the top of the agent profile. Once there, you can enter the forwarding email you copied from your Happy Grasshopper account in the Alternate Email box. Don’t forget to save. =)

Step 5:

You may want to export any Homes.com leads that are already in your account. To do this you can use the instructions provided by Homes.com here: http://support.homes.com/hc/en-us/articles/201566366-Need-to-Export-your-Contacts-

Then follow the instructions for uploading contacts to Happy Grasshopper here: http://support.happygrasshopper.com/article/91-adding-contacts

Step 6:

Sit back and relax. Your Homes.com leads will now automatically be added to your Happy Grasshopper account.
