Integration Setup - REW

NOTE: Some functionalities are not available for all users. If any of the steps listed below cannot be completed, you may have to request admin access in order to do so, or contact REW support to enable the Partners Tab (Either at 1-877-753-9893 or [email protected]. Support hours are M-F 7:30-5 PST).

Step 1:

Once logged in to the REW user's account, you will want to locate the Partners Tab. This will show you all the available integrations available for your account type.

TIP: If you do not see the integrations tab, you will need to call REW Support and have them add it for you.

Step 2:

Because there are different account types for each REW user, you may see something different than the screenshot above. Some have both Happy Grasshopper and Position-Me integrations, while some users may only have one or the other.

If all you see is Happy Grasshopper, you can click Access Happy Grasshopper Integration and enter your HG login info. If you see just Position-Me or even Happy Grasshopper and Position-Me, make sure to choose Position-Me for integration.

Step 3:

When the login information has been accepted, you will see this screen:

This will indicate that the login has been accepted. You may notice an error due to REW not being able to pull information from the user’s signature into their system (no worries - it worked!).

To double check this was completed, you can view the leads within the user’s REW account, select Groups, and you should now see a new tag available called either Position-Me or Happy Grasshopper.

How to Confirm Integration:

At this point, you’ll want to create a test contact and tag them as either Position-Me or Happy Grasshopper (depending on your account). After saving, you can visit your HG account and you’ll see a tag called REW-Sync - this means the sync was successful.

Pro Tip: Did you know you can also bring tags over to HG from REW? Creating tags in HG that match the ones already in your REW account will allow tags info to flow over to Happy Grasshopper! Just make sure to copy each tag, so they are exactly the same (including capitalization and spelling).
